Every price below is monthly, billed once a year on a purchase order, and includes hosting, updates, support and as many screens as you want to put it on. Hardware is not included and we don’t sell it — you buy your own panel at list, on your own purchase order.

Getting your history in. Every subscription includes importing a spreadsheet you already have. If you would rather we did the typing — plaques, yearbooks, a filing cabinet of photographs — that is first-year setup, quoted from your roster size and capped up front, never open-ended. Budget $3,500 for up to 150 people and $6,500 for up to 500. It is charged once, not every year. If a booster club or a class gift is funding the wall, say so early; we have written that grant language before.

So you can budget honestly, here is roughly what a wall costs to put up, none of which comes to us.

A freestanding floor kiosk is often the better answer: nothing attaches to the building, so there is no permit, no contractor, and it can move.
